The one thing that almost all sickness is an effect of, IS not loving ourselves and thinking that we are not good enough or worthy of what God wants for us. By changing our thoughts to that of love for yourself, our world (the illusion that you create) will actually become a more enjoyable experience.

I Love, accept, and appreciate myself just the way I am
So today, I ask that you begin watching your words and your thoughts. When you realize that your EGO is speaking (anything that is less then love) I ask that you stop mid thought or sentence, release it to God, and replace it with something from your God self (that which is Perfect love and knows nothing else).
Remember that only Love is real; anything that is less then love is that of your ego.
God IS in and around us at all times. When we begin to feel down and out or think that life is less then perfect, REMEMBER that everything IS perfect in accordance to God's plan. To believe that any situation is less then perfect is to believe that God is less then perfect. So remain strong in faith that all is the way it is supposed be and allow the miracles of God to flow to you!
